To pay your invoice online, first ensure you have your latest statement available.

With your account number and amount owed in hand, click the “Pay Your Bill Online” button below to complete your transaction. The clinic ID (MDJZSF) will auto-populate in the portal. Please check the "E-mail Receipt" box and enter your email address to ensure you receive a receipt of your transaction.
